In Skotnice we have completed the rough construction of both bungalows
The complex for 12 clients with mental illness or other disabilities is already beginning to take shape.
On the land where the site for the new social service is being built, we managed to complete the rough construction of the two new bungalows before the end of the year. After the installation of the windows, work inside the bungalows is well underway. Roofers are fitting skylights, insulation of the attics is underway and we have completed the full composition of the roof structure, which will be fitted with photovoltaics and a walking duck. Inside the buildings, the HVAC and central heating systems are in the process of being installed and once these are complete we will be starting on the interior plastering.
On the adjacent properties we have moved into the utility distribution and rough landscaping phase.
The complex is being constructed by our excellent team of professionals, who are also overseeing the high quality of the work being carried out. The project will be completed this summer.
