What will your job entail?

Construction management - coordination with contractors and client
Communication with contractors and the investor - dealing with changes and modifications to the project during implementation
Control of documentation
Responsibility for compliance with and application of contractual conditions to contractors
Responsibility for compliance with HSE and environmental protection regulations on the work being carried out
Regular evaluation of contractors
Responsibility for the elimination of complaints
Co-responsibility for economic performance and profitability of projects
Close cooperation with project implementation teams, purchasing department and other departments of the company, synergy
Collaboration in the development of customer quotations

What knowledge and skills you should have:

High school / university degree in construction
Experience in a similar position or qualifications in the field an advantage
Active attitude, technical thinking
conscientiousness, independence, responsibility, diligence
time flexibility
user knowledge of MS Office
authorization of ČAIKT is an advantage
driving license B.
