Thanks to the POVEZ training programme, which supports vocational training, some of us have learned new skills in the all-powerful MS Office tool called Excel.
Conditional formatting or working with charts. Excel can be a good friend, but you have to know how to use it. For our staff, Excel is a piece of cake. Especially after last week when nearly fifty people refreshed its basic and more advanced functions in individual sessions. Employees who are involved in the preparation and execution of orders attended the training. Construction managers in particular appreciated the opportunity to prepare a tailor-made schedule of works.
The training was provided by subsidies from the European Social Fund and the state budget of the Czech Republic. The POVEZ project deals with the issue of adaptability of the workforce in enterprises to the constantly changing market situation.
