We started the construction of rental housing in Fryčovice
We thank the Fryčovice for their trust. At the same time, we appreciate the strategic and progressive approach of the municipality's leadership, which decided to build municipal apartments for its residents and thus contribute to the development of the municipality.
On a beautiful plot of land in the centre of the village, a three-storey house with 21 apartments of 2+kk size will be built. We are pleased to be able to participate in a project that will promote affordable housing, a topic that is currently resonating throughout the country.
- It will be carried out using traditional technology - ceramic brickwork
- It is based on reinforced concrete monolithic strips
- The ceiling structure consists of prefabricated panels
- The roof structure consists of a single-skin flat roof.
